Questions
Who counts as a rep?
Anyone in your HubSpot account who adds a build to a cart or a deal with Kitiquette during the month. Admins who only set up products don't count.
Is there a limit on products?
Not on any plan: add as many kits and options as you sell. The practical limits are technical: about 1,000 options per product line, and a few hundred kits for reps to pick from.
Which HubSpot plans does it work with?
Sales Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise. No Revenue Hub subscription is needed.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for a year up front and get two months free.
What is the founding offer?
The first 5 accounts to subscribe pay half price for their first 12 months, monthly or annual, on any plan. After that, the plan's normal price applies.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, Kitiquette stops working in your account. Your products, settings and line items stay in HubSpot.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for. Uninstalling the app stops it at once. Either way, your products, settings and line items stay in HubSpot.
