Product configurator for HubSpot Sales Hub

# Only valid builds reach your HubSpot deals.

Reps configure kits right on the deal. Rules block combinations that don't work, discounts stay within your limits, and the line items are added for them.

For any business that sells kits, packages, systems or plans with add-ons. Works with Sales Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Prefer a walkthrough? - Rules checked as you click
- Discount capped at the kit's limit
- Line items added to the deal

The problem

## Kits sold from HubSpot go wrong in the same three ways

### Parts that don't fit

A rep picks an option that doesn't work with the rest of the build. Nobody notices until it's ordered, shipped or installed, and then it's a return and an apology.

### Pieces left off

A required part, plan or service never makes it onto the deal. The order goes out incomplete, and someone pays for a second shipment or visit.

### Discounts nobody checked

Margin goes out of the door on a deal nobody reviewed, and the line items are typed by hand, so prices drift too.

Kitiquette catches all three on the deal, before anything is ordered.

How it works

## From kit to line items in three steps

1 Pick a kit and choose Open the Product Configurator on any deal and choose the options. Options that conflict are grayed out with the reason, and anything still missing is named before you can add the build.

2 Review the cart Several builds per deal, each with its own quantity and a discount up to the limit you set.

3 Add to the deal One click creates the line items, linked to your HubSpot products, and updates the deal amount.

Why reps (and finance) like it

## Guardrails that don't slow anyone down

### Only valid builds reach the deal

Set simple rules on your products: can't combine with, needs one of, needs all of. Conflicting options are grayed out with the reason, missing requirements are named, and a build that breaks a rule can't be added.

### Discounts with a guardrail

Give each product a maximum discount, and optionally a higher one that needs approval: the approvers you name are emailed, and approve on the deal. Volume pricing by quantity is applied automatically. Everything is checked again on the server.

### Line items done for you

Each build becomes line items linked to your HubSpot products, with the right prices and quantities. The deal amount updates to match.

### Set up with pick-lists, not code

Mark kits and options with a few product fields, or bring in your whole price list with HubSpot's import. A setup card on each product flags mistakes.

### Builds that wait for you

A cart in progress is saved on the deal, so you or anyone on the deal's team can pick it up later.

### One price per account, by team size

One price per HubSpot account, set by team size (10, 25 or 50 reps), with no product limits. No Revenue Hub seats needed.

About Kitiquette

## One product, done properly

### Independent and focused

Kitiquette is an independent company that makes one thing: this configurator for HubSpot. It's built and supported by its founder, Steven Nickols, and every support email reaches the founder directly.

### Your data stays in HubSpot

Products, deals, carts and line items stay in your HubSpot account. Our server handles each request in memory and stores no CRM records; HubSpot access tokens are kept encrypted.

### Easy in, easy out

Install from HubSpot with the permissions listed up front. Uninstall from the app's settings page at any time; your products and line items stay where they are.

Is it a fit?

## Built for kits with choices

### Great fit

Companies that sell products with choices: kits, packages, systems, bundles or plans with add-ons, where some options need or rule out others. Deals usually go on to an ERP or accounting system for the order and invoice.

### Not a fit (yet)

Teams that need quote documents, e-signature or billing inside HubSpot, options nested inside options, or prices that change with the combination. See how it compares with [HubSpot quote rules](https://www.kitiquette.com/compare/hubspot-quote-rules?hsLang=en).

Questions

## What buyers ask first

### Which HubSpot plans does it work with?

Sales Hub Starter, Professional and Enterprise. No Revenue Hub or other add-on is needed.

### Do I need HubSpot Quotes?

No. Builds become line items on the deal. If you use HubSpot quotes, a quote made from the deal starts with them.

### Where is my data kept?

In your HubSpot account. Kitiquette's server handles each request in memory and stores no CRM records. [Security](https://www.kitiquette.com/security?hsLang=en)

### How long does setup take?

About 30 minutes, plus tidying your price list. Import it with HubSpot's own import and our template. [Setup guide](https://www.kitiquette.com/setup-guide?hsLang=en)
